File Converter Tools (6)
ZIP, CSV, Excel, XML and JSON conversion tools.
What are file converter tools?
File converters move data between formats — ZIP, CSV, Excel, XML, JSON and more. Conversion runs in your browser rather than on a server, so files are never uploaded, there is no queue to wait in, and there is no size cap beyond what your own device can hold in memory.
Why use Farvixo's file converter tools?
- No upload, no queue and no file-size limit imposed by a server
- Batch conversion in a single pass
- Structure preserved rather than flattened — nested data survives where the target format allows it
- Confidential files never reach a third party
- Free and unlimited, with no watermark or row cap
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did formatting change after conversion?
Because the target format cannot represent everything the source could. Converting a richly formatted document to a simpler format necessarily drops what has nowhere to go. Simplify complex layouts first, and always keep the original.
My non-English text became question marks. Why?
An encoding mismatch — the source was not saved as UTF-8. Re-save the original as UTF-8 and convert again, and the characters will survive.
Do dates and numbers survive a spreadsheet conversion?
They should, and our converters write real typed values rather than strings, so totals and sorting keep working. Dates are the most fragile part of any spreadsheet conversion, so it is worth spot-checking a few after converting.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
For almost every tool, no. Processing runs inside your browser using WebAssembly, so the file never leaves your device. The exception is the AI tools, which must send your text to a language model to get an answer back — those tool pages say so explicitly rather than claiming privacy they cannot offer.
