How we write, review and correct what you read here

Every tool page, guide and help article on Farvixo is written and maintained by Farvixo Technologies. This page sets out the standards we hold that content to, so you can judge how much to trust it. Last reviewed .

Who writes our content

Tool documentation is written by the same team that builds the tools. A page describing what a converter does, where it stops, and what to do when it fails is written against the actual implementation — not from a keyword brief. That is also why our pages say plainly when something is a limitation rather than a feature.

How tools are documented

  • Every tool is used before it is described. Steps, formats and limits come from running it.
  • We state where processing happens. Most tools run entirely in your browser; our AI tools have to send your text to a language model, and their pages say so rather than claiming privacy they cannot offer.
  • File-size and performance notes describe real behaviour on ordinary hardware, not a best case.
  • We do not publish benchmark numbers we have not measured ourselves.

Use of AI

We use AI tools internally, the same way any modern team does. What we do not do is publish unreviewed generated text. Anything on this site has been read and edited by a person who is accountable for it being correct. Where a page describes an AI feature, it also describes that feature's failure modes — a language model can state something wrong with complete confidence, and pretending otherwise would not serve you.

Reviews and ratings

We do not invent reviews, testimonials, star ratings, user counts or download figures. If you do not see a rating on a page, it is because we have not collected enough genuine feedback to show one — not because it is hidden. Fabricated ratings are a structured-data violation and, more to the point, they are a lie about other people's opinions.

Advertising and independence

Farvixo is free to use and partly supported by advertising. Ads are labelled and are kept out of the tool workspace itself. No advertiser gets to influence what a page says about a tool, and we do not accept payment for a favourable description, a ranking position or an inbound link.

External sources

When we cite a technical fact — a file-format specification, a browser API, a government upload requirement — we link to the primary source rather than to another blog repeating it. Government document specifications are checked against the issuing authority's own portal, because those are the requirements that actually get applications rejected.

Review cadence

Tool pages carry a “last reviewed” date and are re-checked when the underlying tool changes, when a platform or authority changes its requirements, and on a periodic sweep of the whole catalog. That date reflects a real review. We do not restamp pages on every deploy to look fresh.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, we want to fix it rather than defend it. Email support@farvixo.com or use the contact form, and tell us the page and what is inaccurate. Substantive corrections are made to the page and the review date is updated. Security issues should go to security@farvixo.com instead — see our security page.
